Plean, Stirling - Planning Permission in Principle for 500 units in the countryside. (N.B. This required Stirling Council to revise housing land supply).

Winchburgh, West Lothian - strategic planning advice regarding a 5,000 unit core development area development plan allocation.

Fountainbridge, Edinburgh - Planning Permission in Principle for a mixed use development 13 acre site including offices, residential, retail, financial, professional and other services, food and drink, assembly and leisure, non-residential institutions, hotel, care home, student housing, with car parking, servicing, access arrangements and provision of urban realm.

Marischal Square, Aberdeen - 126 bed four star Marriott Residence Inn as part of a wider mixed use development.

Premier Inn, Whitbread Group plc - hotel extensions across their national portfolio including Hull North Kingswood Retail Park increase from 65 beds to 93 beds; Blackpool Bispham increase from 67 beds to 93 beds; Stirling City Centre increase from 60 beds to 89 beds; The Gyle (Edinburgh Park) increase from 120 beds to 200 beds, including land acquisition to facilitate development.

Education

Forth Valley College, Falkirk – Planning Permission in Principle for a new educational college campus 22,000 sq m and arts venue 2,000 sq m (including associated ancillary office, retail provision, café/refectory and bar), parking, infrastructure and landscaping.

Fountainbridge, Edinburgh - Detailed planning application for a 777 bed student residence with student centre and associated ancillary facilities, a retail unit, a community facility and a public park for Napier University.

Aberdeen Arena, Loiriston Loch – Aberdeen Football Club – detailed planning application for a 21,000 capacity stadium incorporating changing rooms, indoor training facilities and gym within the stadium; groundsman accommodation; office facilities for AFC; AFC shop, museum, classroom and adjoining café; 1,000 capacity supporters bar, mixed use commercial; space for potential community uses; a new signalised junction to Wellington Road; 1,400 car and coach parking facilities.

Chaophraya, 1 Union Terrace, Aberdeen – Change of use; Listed Building Consent; and Advertisement Consent from sui generis to Class 3 within a Category A listed building.

Yo Sushi, First Floor, 79 Princes Street – subdivision and change of use; Listed Building Consent and Advertisement Consent from Class 1 to Class 3 within a Category B listed building.

Alnwickhill, Edinburgh - secured the re-use of a covered reservoir and a pump house as part of a wider residential scheme on a surplus waste water treatment works which had a blanket Category B listing across the site.

Marischal Square, Aberdeen - circa 300,000 sq ft mixed use city centre development set within the context of two Category A listed buildings, Marischal College and Provost Skene’s House.
